Important Notices: Customer service is our #1 concern! Dresses are new and in excellent condition (unless otherwise noted) and are not former samples. Most dresses are in the manufacturers' packaging (which can leave something to be desired, but the dresses are superb). They may need to be steamed or pressed when you receive them. Measurements: In order to have the best possible experience, we strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online. The manufacturer has provided the sizing that we have listed above. Small variations in all wedding gowns are to be expected. And of course, tailoring is necessary for all quality garments to achieve the best possible fit. To ensure getting the right size, do not choose a size based on the size you wear in any other garment!!!! Bridal gown sizing is very different from other clothing. Each bridal gown manufacturer creates their own size chart. Therefore, you will wear a different size in each bridal line. To find your correct size and ensure a proper fit, please take your bust, waist and hip measurements and compare them to the size chart listed. If you need assistance, please email us your measurements and we will help you choose the best size for you. Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Payment and Shipping: We accept payment by PayPal, Money Order, or Cashier's Check. If you do not have a paypal account, we can process a credit card for you. Illinois residents please add 7.75% sales tax. All credit card payments must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. Domestic shipping is $15 for one dress by DHL Express except for Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us for charges for Hawaii, Alaska, and all international shipping.
